Our aim is to make delivery of your furniture as easy and convenient as possible.
Our deliveries are generally by appointment. This is coordinated with you and the delivery team.
Once you have purchased an item of furniture from us this is registered on our computer system and
you will be contacted within a matter of days to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
Although not guaranteed, we work towards delivering your purchase within an hour of an
agreed appointment time. We are proud of our success rate.
We do our utmost to ensure we have regular stock of furniture items.
However our highly personalised approach means sometimes furniture will have to be specifically ordered.
Delivery times on most items is approximately 2 weeks.

All orders over £1000 are delivered free to designated post codes. Nominal delivery charges apply
to smaller orders. For full details of these and designated delivery post codes, please contact us.
We provide the following service on delivery:
- Taking goods to the room of your choice*
- Unpacking and assembling the goods
- Removing all packaging material
* Goods exceeding 90kgs are delivered to the ground floor only. Furniture delivered to apartment
blocks will only be delivered above the 2nd floor if a lift is available.
It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture you purchase can be easily delivered to
your home and fits into your desired space. Please measure the access points
carefully to avoid any disappointment.
